1. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord's minimum age requirement. Server administrators who install the Bot are responsible for their community's use of it.
2. The Service
The Service provides ticket threads, an AI support assistant, staff escalation tools, knowledge-base management, suggestion and feedback collection, optional integrations with your own APIs, and a management dashboard. The Service is currently offered as a private beta; features may change, and access may be limited to approved servers.
3. AI-generated content
Replies from the AI assistant are generated automatically from the conversation and the knowledge-base documents that server staff provide. They can be incomplete or wrong. The AI assistant is a first line of support, not a substitute for human judgement, professional advice, or the server's own policies. Server staff remain responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, correcting AI replies, and can take over or disable the assistant at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud anyone, or to post content that violates Discord's rules or applicable law;
- attempt to extract other users' data, probe or overload the Service, or bypass access controls;
- use knowledge-base documents, custom instructions, or integrations to make the AI assistant produce unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
- connect integrations to systems you are not authorised to access, or store credentials you are not entitled to use.
5. Server administrator responsibilities
- You decide which roles count as staff and who can see tickets. Configure them carefully.
- Content you upload to the knowledge base, custom instructions, and integration endpoints must be yours to use.
- You are the controller of your community's ticket data and must honour deletion requests from your members, or forward them to us.
- Secrets you configure for integrations are encrypted, but you remain responsible for rotating and revoking them.
6. Data
Our collection, use, and retention of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Message content is used only to operate the ticket and is never used to train AI models.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or remove the Bot from a server that violates these terms, at any time. Where practical we will give notice through the dashboard.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated replies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding twelve months, which for the free beta is zero.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server and signing out of the dashboard. Contact us to have your server's data deleted. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
